Recruiting differently

At DAC.digital, we create a community that wants to learn and grow continuously. That’s why we have embraced a feedback-oriented mindset, valuing respect and mutual trust among our team members. We focus on a quick recruitment process – it will not take more than two weeks!

A decision is provided up to 48 hours after the technical interview. We believe in providing constructive feedback to all candidates participating in the recruitment process.

Screening

Through a phone call, the HR team confirms the candidate’s motivation, previous experience, availability, fluency in English, and financial expectations.

Interview

The tech leader assesses the candidate’s practical knowledge through a technical interview, and the HR team verifies if a candidate is a good culture fit.

Feedback & decision

A decision is provided after the technical interview. Everyone who participates in the recruitment process gets feedback.

Offer and contract

Negotiate contract terms, and sign required documents with selected candidates.
